Davis & Hamrick, LLP was initially established in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 1946 as the Firm of
Deal, Hutchins & Minor. Since that time, our attorneys have been dedicated to providing assistance to clients
primarily in the area of General Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Insurance Defense Litigation, Insurance
Fraud, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Employment Litigation, Toxic Torts and Asbestos Litigation,
Environmental Litigation, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Construction Litigation,
Public Entity Insurance, Real Estate Broker Liability, Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Litigation, General

Automobile cases. Lee Davis of our Firm is also a Certified Superior Court Mediator. Shannon Warf Beach is
a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation. Our attorneys are admitted and have appeared in all
North Carolina and South Carolina State and Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia and the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
