Lily Drake

Lily focuses her practice on Insurance Defense, Transportation and Trucking Defense, Civil Defense Litigation, and Public Entity Defense. She represents insurers in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and property damage claims.

Prior to joining Davis and Hamrick, Lily served as a Summer Associate with McAngus Goudelock & Courie in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she developed a strong interest in complex personal injury litigation.

Lily is licensed to practice in all North Carolina State Courts and the Middle District of North Carolina. She places the needs of her clients at the forefront of her practice and prioritizes providing thoughtful and efficient legal counsel.

Lily lives in Davidson County with her husband and their daughter. In her free time, Lily appreciates spending time with family, entertaining her three cats, and traveling.
